CATF provided expert legal and technical input and litigation defense during the creation and promulgation of the Clean Power Plan, a landmark piece of climate policy aimed at reducing carbon emissions from U.S. electricity generation. CATF’s legal team continues to defend EPA’s Clean Air Act authority in court, under which the the Clean Power Plan was promulgated.
