Country Living, Dirty Air: Oil and Gas Pollution in Rural America

The oil and gas industry has industrialized areas that were, and still largely are, rural and agricultural communities. In the process, industry has polluted these rural communities with methane and other associated airborne toxics heretofore mostly associated with urban areas. This report highlights the health impacts experienced by several of these rural communities as a result of the increased air pollution from oil and gas operations.
