CATF Response to House Energy & Commerce White Paper on RFS Blend Wall

In March 2013, the House of Representatives House Energy & Commerce Committee began a bipartisan review of the RFS by issuing a white paper on the challenges associated with the ethanol “blend wall.” The Committee sought feedback on a series of topics, including whether the blend wall problem should be resolved by EPA or by Congress. CATF’s response: EPA has the capacity to meaningfully address the problem but it needs to demonstrate a willingness to do so.
