Clean Air Task Force 2023 Impact Report

We are pleased to share CATF’s 2023 Annual Impact Report, showcasing our continued efforts to accelerate the transition to achieve a zero-emissions, high-energy planet at an affordable cost. At CATF, we recognize that we must leverage a full suite of climate solutions to meet the climate challenge head on.  

In 2023, we facilitated implementation of over $10 billion in funding for clean energy projects, educated more than 500 policymakers on pragmatic climate and clean air policy, secured lifesaving clean air regulations, and expanded our reach into more than 40 countries on six continents. 

We continued to turn ambition into action in the highest impact geographies, sectors, and commercial spheres, helping design and secure a historic pledge to triple global nuclear energy capacity by 2050, meeting major milestones in carbon capture and storage policies, playing a key role in shaping pragmatic climate and energy policies in Europe, securing strong methane pollution reduction policies, and championing innovative technological climate solutions like superhot rock geothermal energy, fusion energy, and more.
