Asa Ackerly

Senior Associate, Foundation Giving

About

Asa Ackerly joined Clean Air Task Force as a Senior Associate on the Foundation Giving team in April 2024. In his role, he supports the Director of Foundation Giving on managing foundation partnerships and works closely with CATF experts to develop programs, construct grant proposals, and highlight the value of our work in driving the global energy transition.

Prior to joining CATF, Asa worked on the Foundations team at Ceres, where he supported the development of Ceres’ transportation and heavy industry programs. He also previously interned at The Nature Conservancy and worked as a research assistant in the Boston College History Department, where he aided analysis on the correlation between shale energy development and earthquakes.

Asa holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Boston College and is based in Brookline, Massachusetts.
