Alan Masinter

About

Alan Masinter joined CATF in the fall of 2019 after earning his J.D. from the New York University School of Law. During law school, Alan worked extensively with the Institute for Policy Integrity on energy and environmental law and policy, served as an editor and author for the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, and interned with the Environmental Defense Fund and with the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to his legal career, Alan worked as a Data and Policy Analyst. Alan holds an M.S. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
