About
Felicia Ruiz is CATF’s Director of International Methane Partnerships and Outreach. She has more than twenty years of experience managing energy and sustainable development programs in over thirty countries.
Prior to joining CATF, Felicia spent more than a decade at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, leading global efforts to reduce methane emissions in the coal mining sector, including co-chairing the Coal Subcommittee of the Global Methane Initiative and the Board of the UNECE Group of Experts on Coal Mine Methane. Most recently she was a Senior Manager at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) managing research and development activities and cross-cutting research opportunities.
