About
Kristi Macklin joined CATF in April 2025 as the Chief of Finance and Operations. As the Chief of Finance and Operations, Kristi oversees CATF’s financial and operational strategy to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. Through Kristi’s expertise in financial strategy, operational governance, and organizational development, she is committed to fostering a transparent and accountable financial structure that supports CATF’s ambitious goals in addressing climate change.
Prior to joining CATF, Kristi served as a senior financial and operational leader with environmental and scientific organizations, with earlier career stints in both public accounting and Fortune 500 companies. Her experience includes internal audits, policy formation and compliance, control design and review, and system implementation, providing a wide range of experience and opportunity.
Kristi holds an active CPA, and when she’s not focused on numbers, she enjoys traveling, running long distances (or at least trying to), and spoiling her dog, Kensington.
